Terms and Conditions
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of web hosting services of Hostdock, a product of MQTec GmbH.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts between MQTec GmbH (hereinafter 'Provider') and the customer regarding the use of web hosting services offered at hostdock.de.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by email. The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
3. Services
The Provider provides the customer with web hosting services according to the selected plan. The scope of services is determined by the respective plan description.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Payment terms are as specified in the respective invoice.
5. Contract Duration and Termination
The minimum contract duration is one month. The contract is automatically renewed for one additional month unless terminated with 14 days' notice before the end of the month.
6. Liability
The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.
7. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Darmstadt, provided the customer is a merchant.
